Potatoes, Cabbage, Beets, Carrots, Onions, Split peas, Kidney beans, Diced tomatoes, Olive oil, Tomato paste, Garlic, Lemon juice, Spices, Sea salt, Black pepper, Dill.

EXTREMELY EASY TO PREPARE

1. Open and remove oxygen absorber
2. pour minimum of 1 cup (250ML) of boiling hot water.
   (yes you have to use boiling water)
3. stir well and seal, make sure!
4. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
   Stir well and enjoy.
   (elevation gain will increase cooking duration).
