Before any goods can be returned, please call, email or visit the store for a return authorization number. Please ensure to state the reason for return. Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from receipt date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; shipping fees are non-refundable. You will then be asked to ship or deliver the product back to KBM at your own expense. Once your return has been received by us, you will have your payment refunded within 2 business days (minus a restocking fee). **ALL cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%**
They include but are not limited to, sale or clearance items, special order, non stock products, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items such as bug spray, sunscreen lotion, hand sanitizer, first aid kits and first aid products. If unsure that the product you purchasing falls into this category please contact a KBM Outdoors sales rep to confirm.
Proof of Purchase
We require a copy of the original receipt in order to process a return. Any funds provided will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
Over the Counter Returns and Exchanges
Please note that some manufacturers whose products we carry require us to return the product to them for evaluation prior to giving us the authorization to provide a credit or warranty replacement. For those items that need to be send to manufacturer’s for evaluation, we do not accept any responsibilities as far as replacements is concerned and the return will be only honored to the customer once the manufacturer accepts the return. Immediate over the counter returns and exchanges under warranty are therefore not always available.
Restocking Fee (On returnable items)

A full refund will be provided when you return (within 30 day return period):
• Defective items (no fault of customer)
• Wrong item shipped, or item does not match what was shown on the KBM
