The shepherds carried it in bags made from sheep’s stomachs and added water when they wanted to eat. Our goulash is just as easy to pack and prepare. EXTREMELY EASY TO PREPARE

1. Open and remove oxygen absorber
2. pour minimum of 1 cup (250ML) of boiling hot water.
   (yes you have to use boiling water)
3. stir well and seal, make sure!
4. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
   Stir well and enjoy.
   (elevation gain will increase cooking duration).
